As part of our ongoing expansion in France, Prosperity is seeking to hire a Business Developer and Head of Recruitment for the French market.

We are looking for a sales and recruitment professional who will be responsible for acquiring, nurturing, developing, and maintaining a relevant database of French and international clients, sourcing top-tier candidates for employers, and driving revenue generation. 

The ideal applicant for this role will be a highly analytical professional with strong recruitment industry knowledge, passionate about sales, talent sourcing, and revenue generation, with a strong growth mindset and the ability to create and manage the end-to-end process of acquiring new international B2B clients. 

The successful applicant will work closely with the marketing team, creating automation campaigns, informing projects in content, design, and CRM among others.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the entire business development operations for the French Market, with a hands-on approach.
  • Devise the perfect sales pipeline combining new and existing leads from our database.
  • Regularly travel to France to meet with clients and attend conferences.
  • Source high-quality candidates for key roles through a mix of calling, email, and inbound/outbound campaigns, contributing to revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide innovative long and short-term talent solutions, enhancing revenue streams.
  • Develop CRM campaigns, email marketing, retargeting, and lead nurturing strategies to optimize candidate sourcing and revenue generation.
  • Provide clear and concise reports on sales activities and track KPIs related to revenue generation.
  • Help optimize lead acquisition processes and explore new channels for revenue growth.
  • Consult on growth strategies and assist in developing and launching them. 

Requirements: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B client development, data enrichment strategies, and candidate sourcing.
  • Experience in managing a lead generation database and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
  • Willingness to travel and represent Prosperity at conferences and events in France.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different departments, contributing to revenue generation goals.
  • Experience in growth activities and optimizing paid budget allocation for revenue generation.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with an analytical and structured mindset geared towards revenue targets.
  • Experience in international start-up operations and internationalization environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment and talent resourcing industry is critical.
  • Knowledge of the tech and media space is advantageous.
  • Native French speaker with fluent English is a must. Ideally native French with English and Spanish proficiency.
